It Starts with Cleaner Air: How We’re Doing Our Bit

For Clean Air Day 2025, we’re looking beyond the deliveries and focusing on what we leave behind - and how we’re making it cleaner.

When you think of delivery vans, you probably don’t think “clean air.”

But maybe it’s time that changed.

Clean Air Day (June 19th) is the UK’s largest air pollution awareness campaign - and this year, we’re proud to say we’re not just talking about it. We’re taking action.

🚚 We’re Changing What We Drive

We’ve been steadily increasing our electric vehicle (EV) fleet - not just to follow a trend, but because it’s the right move for the planet and the people we serve.

Electric vans reduce emissions, cut down noise pollution, and support cleaner, quieter communities.

🔧 Defleeting Diesels

At the same time, we’re reducing our reliance on diesel vehicles - especially older, less efficient models.

This shift helps lower particulate emissions and supports healthier air in every area we operate.

🌿 Working with Carma to Make a Measurable Difference

We’ve partnered with Carma, a sustainability platform that helps us actively track, reduce, and offset our carbon footprint.

Each month, through Calma, we are:

  • 🌳 Funding 1 UK tree

  • 🏝️ Funding 100 offshore trees

  • 👷 Creating 1 work day

  • ♻️ Removing 33 tCO2e from the atmosphere

It’s not a token gesture - it’s real-world action we can measure, report on, and build upon.

💨 Because Cleaner Air Benefits Everyone

We’re on the road every day. That gives us a unique responsibility - not just to deliver on time, but to do it with care for the communities we move through.

Cleaner air doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens when businesses like ours choose to step up and be part of the solution.

This Clean Air Day 2025, we’re proud to say: we’re in!
